Job Title: BIM Modeler
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of civil or architectural design processes. This role involves developing accurate 3D models, collaborating with project teams, and supporting design and construction workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create and modify architectural and structural models based on project requirements.
- Work with point cloud data to generate accurate 3D models.
- Develop and manage Revit families for project-specific needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD.
- Utilize Bluebeam for documentation and markups.
- Maintain model standards and follow BIM execution plans.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience
- 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience or
- Completion of a recognized BIM software course.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in point cloud modeling.
- Knowledge of Revit family creation (Architectural & Structural).
- Exposure to MEPF modeling will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in:

- Navisworks
- Bluebeam
